Seismologist.

A sudden interest for portrait with acrylic did occur. In lack of real models I have to use a mirror. In order to make this approach not to narcisstically I imagine a series of paintings to represent different professions. This one is about a seismologist. Acrylic can be a strong means for creating subtle color variations it seems. Looks like using plenty of water and appling multiple layers is crucial. I definitely did apply far too much colors on the palette I realized.
