Working on the clothes today, adding ultramarine to the color composition. This clothing looks like an old-fashioned sailor suit. There has been an era when people have been proud of their profession. A member of a guild did wear a special kind of clothing.

Now using goauche again to further refine the two siblings in the foreground. This technique is old-fashioned and has been used by the masters of the renaissance. It can produce a certain impression of deepness. Next step will be covering the remaining gouache-only parts of the work with a thin layer of oil color …
